An order can have one or more status'. These give you information about what work needs to be done on each order before it is ready for shipping.

Missing Packages - Order contains packages that are no longer in your account. You will need to remove these packages from the order and either replace them with another package of the same item type or let your customer know that this will be removed from the order.
Oversold - Order contains packages where more product has been sold than is remaining in the package. Choose a new or additional package to fulfill the order.
Unfulfilled - Order requires work to be done to either choose a package to fulfill, or repackage to a smaller size.
Fulfilled - Your order has been fulfilled and you are able to print an invoice, complete shipper information, and send the manifest to METRC.
Manifested - All packages on the order are associated with a Transfer Manifest in Metrc.
Shipped - All packages on the order have left your facility, but are not yet accepted by the receiving facility.
Completed - All packages on the order have been accepted by the receiving facility. The order is complete.
